KARACHI: The Supreme Court ordered the relevant authorities to clear all encroachments from public roads and pavements throughout the nation within three days on Saturday.
Two days after the chief court ordered the removal of barriers outside the governor house, chief minister house, and headquarters of the Sindh Rangers, the written order was issued.
The written ruling was announced today, however the hearing was conducted on Thursday by a three-judge panel led by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa and including Justices Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Jamal Khan Mandokhail.
The barricades outside the CM House were dismantled by the Sindh government in accordance with the directions.
