The Provincial Minister of Mines has issued a notification requiring dispensaries at mining sites in order to prevent accidents during mining and to provide emergency medical attention.
The warning said that the mine owners’ lease would be immediately terminated in the event of a violation.
“The mining site must also have the equipment required to prevent accidents,” he stated.
There has been a communication from the Ministry of Mines and Minerals.
