On the fringes of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) on Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar paid a visit to his Russian counterpart, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
The two leaders of Pakistan and Russia decided during the meeting to keep trying to improve and broaden their relationship, with an emphasis on fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.
