A private school administrator in Orangi Town was detained by the police on suspicion of trying to rape a matriculation student and beating her up when she resisted.
Police sources claim that the event happened inside the Iqbal Market police station’s jurisdiction. The student was allegedly called to the principal’s office, where he attempted to molester her.
The student was physically assaulted when she resisted.
When the victim went back home and told her sister about the occurrence, the ordeal became public knowledge. Based on this information, the sister went to the police station in Iqbal Market and officially complained. A case was subsequently filed against the principal.
More information showed that the student had originally received offensive WhatsApp texts from the principal. On June 1st, he allegedly tried to rape her after calling her to his office.
In addition, he threatened to harm her if she told anyone about the occurrence.
Law enforcement immediately arrested the accused and started an investigation after filing the case. To support the victim’s account, authorities are closely examining all of the evidence, including the WhatsApp communications.
