It also states that some English language exams, such as IELTS, will not be accepted for students from Pakistan.

The letter, allegedly from UK Visas and Immigration, dates from May 28 and enumerates Pakistani banks whose financial records—including bank statements—will no longer be accepted when applying for UK visas.
“This is to notify all relevant stakeholders that the following Pakistani banks have not been granted visa approval,” the letter states.
The letter continues by listing the names of nine significant national banks.
