On Thursday, the trend of gold prices in Pakistan increased once more.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the cost of a tola of 24-karat gold went up by Rs1,200, to Rs246,800.
The 10-gram 24-karat gold price also saw an increase, going from Rs1,029 to Rs211,591. On Thursday, the cost of ten grams of 22-karat gold stayed at Rs 19,959.
There was also an upward trend observed in the global gold market. The global rate, as reported by APGJSA, was $2,382 per ounce, down $10 from the previous trading day.
Nonetheless, the price of silver per tola on the local market was steady at Rs2,900.Market analysts cite a number of reasons for the increase in gold prices, such as changes in the global economy, exchange rates, and the state of the international market. In the upcoming days, consumer behavior and investment decisions may be impacted by the ongoing rise in gold prices.
