A local children’s hospital declared a major incident on Monday after a knife assault on a dancing lesson with a Taylor Swift theme left two children dead and nine critically injured. There were also two badly injured adults.
The proprietor of the store next to the factory, Colin Parry of Masters Vehicle Body Repairs, told the news that he initially saw a disturbance because a young man wearing a face mask was refusing to give the cab driver money.
He claimed that after approaching the man with a customer, the man questioned them, asking, “What are you going to do?”.
A seventeen-year-old teenager from Banks, Lancashire, has been placed under custody on charges of attempted and actual murder.
Mr. Parry claimed that after returning to work, he got a call from a worker who had gone to the building next door after hearing kids yelling—”and not like a normal play scream” and all.
Mr. Parry remarked, “We all ran out and there are little kids, all bleeding.”
He stated there was “mayhem” outdoors and that many of the kids were then led into a nearby house.
