Actress Sanam Saeed of Pakistan said she was happy with the response she received for her online series Barzakh, stating that it met her expectations despite the recent controversy surrounding the show in her country.
Speaking to Indian media, Saeed highlighted the popularity of the show and called the reception to Barzakh “overwhelming.”
“There are some elements in Barzakh that caught people’s interest. Although some viewers took some time to get into the show, with diligent viewing, they will eventually comprehend it. “We were exactly right about the audience’s reaction,” the speaker stated.
Saeed addressed her Indian supporters as well, calling them “long-lost siblings” due to their shared cultural upbringing.
