Seven terrorists were slain by Pakistani security forces on August 15 in Kurram District during an intelligence-led operation, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations.
The operation targeted a known hiding place used by the extremist Khwarij gang, which has carried out multiple attacks on both civilians and security personnel.
Seven militants were killed and five more were injured as security forces battled the Khwarij fighters during the operation. The raid also uncovered a sizable stash of explosives, ammo, and firearms and successfully demolished the Khwarij hideout.
The terrorists who were killed were deeply engaged in a range of terrorist acts, which presented a significant risk to the security and safety of the surrounding area.
After the procedure, a comprehensive sanitization effort is under progress to guarantee the total eradication of any residual Khwarij presence.
