I’ve always maintained that I never leave a stone unturned,” Parton stated to reporters. “My entire life, I’ve aspired to be attractive like most girls, especially rural girls who aspire to be glamorous.
She said, “I started creating my own little makeup things at home when I was just a kid, and I’ve been known for wearing makeup — usually too much — for years.”
According to industry sources who spoke with the news, the music icon’s beauty brand is predicted to be a successful business endeavor. In the first year after its launch, the product is expected to generate $20 million in retail sales.
Fans will recognize the titles of the lipsticks because Parton stated to the newspaper that she “likes to name my products after songs.” Parton stated that the line has a “variety of colors,” with Jolene Red, Birthday Suit, Honey Plum, and Rosebud among the colors.
After working together on her popular fragrance brand in 2021, Parton reteamed with beauty and fragrance licensee Scent Beauty to produce Dolly Beauty. Every facet of Dolly Beauty’s product development, including “formula, pigment, load, ease of application, range and shade names and packaging,” was contributed to by the singer.
