The judicial magistrate has placed Natasha, the suspect in the Karachi Karsaz traffic accident case, on judicial remand and sentenced her to 14 days in jail.
The judicial magistrate at the Karachi City Court gave Natasha an order to stay in custody while the case is being handled. The investigating officer claims that Section 322, which has since been added to the case, is not subject to bail, despite her attorney’s assertion that the laws that apply to Natasha’s case are bailable.
Because culpable homicide is discussed in this area, the charges are taken much more seriously. The attorney for the petitioner insisted on knowing what kind of drug the woman was using when she killed two people.
Natasha claimed that her husband’s name was Danish when asked. After the court made the request,
