Iqbal gave a speech in Islamabad, stating that “it is absolutely necessary to have internet access in schools and to teach students about information technology.” The federal minister emphasized that education is essential for a prosperous future.
“We will have to boost the literacy by up to 90 percent in a bid to steer the country towards prosperity,” stated Iqbal, emphasizing the importance of raising literacy rates.
Iqbal declared that the district education index data was available today. 53 percent of the nation’s schools are in 124 districts.”
