There’s a well-known saying that says that when you travel, you become mute and then a storyteller. Mahvish Ahmed, a digital creative and Instagram influencer who goes as Safarnamay, may have experienced something similar when she released her first book, On My Way, lately.
This is impressive, especially in a world where producing digital content is not regarded as a serious profession and where more South Asian voices are needed for relatability and representation in narrative. Regarding relatability, Ahmed told Images that she thinks On My Way will resonate with every girl.
The book tells the account of her journey as a woman who was born and raised on the subcontinent and navigates several stages of my life, in her own words.
