The Balochistan Assembly constituency PB-14 Naseerabad vote recount and election tampering case has been decided by the Supreme Court. The four-page ruling was written by Pakistan’s Chief Justice, Qazi Faez Isa.
Forms 45 and 47 are only deemed legitimate until a recount is mandated, according to the ruling.
The ruling further specifies that ballots cast serve as the main source of evidence in any election dispute. A recount is conducted in front of all candidates in the event that an application is accepted. The court case at hand is unrelated to the de-selaed election bags.
After voting is concluded, the presiding officer counts the votes and creates Form 45 in accordance with the court’s decision.
