In relation to a fraud case that the Defence C police station had filed, a Lahore session court canceled actress Nazish Jahangir’s temporary bail.
Due to her non-pursuit, the judge denied her bail on Friday.
Another actress, Azan Aswad Haroon, accused Nazish Jahangir of defrauding him by obtaining a car and Rs 2.5 million over the course of two months.
Even though a deadline had been set, neither the money nor the car had been returned after two months.
Jahangir’s parole was quashed; nevertheless, the court granted Sikandar, her co-accused, an extension of his interim bail until the first week of October.
Celebrities’ legal rights have received attention in this case since it involves two well-known figures in the entertainment business.
