Filming fees at several historical and cultural sites would be significantly reduced, according to an announcement made by the Sindh government.
According to Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, the provincial minister for culture and tourism, the cost of filming in Mohenjo-Daro and Makli has been reduced from 200,000 rupees to just 50,000 rupees.
In a same vein, the Quaid-e-Azam House Museum now charges 30,000 rupees instead of 100,000.
There have been other noteworthy decreases in rates, which are now only 30,000 rupees instead of 100,000 for the Maki House Museum in Hyderabad, Kot Diji Fort, and Naukot Fort.
Chaukundi Graveyard, Bhambore Fort, Rani Kot Fort, and Umar Kot Fort and Museum are all subject to the new fees.
