Natasha Danish, the woman charged in both the drug-related case and the Karsaz accident case, has been granted bail by the Sindh High Court. Notably, Natasha is in the first case already with bail.
Her attorney, Farooq H. Naik, said during the Sindh High Court hearing that the parties in this case had reconciled and that bail had already been granted in one FIR.
The prosecution contended that Natasha drove while impaired by narcotics. Farooq H. Naik responded by pointing out that the medical report is unclear because methamphetamine was discovered in her urine but not in her blood.
