During an operation in the Maripur region, the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) in Karachi claims to have detained a man who may be an operative of the Indian intelligence organization, RAW.
During an intelligence-driven operation from Macchli Chowrangi on Manora Road, the arrested person, identified as Muhammad Saleem, was taken into custody and a significant amount of firearms, explosive materials, and documents were found in his hands.
According to SIU officials, the operation resulted to the confiscation of hand grenades, a launcher, 9mm pistols, and multiple fraudulent service cards from various departments. Additionally, it was discovered that the suspect was in possession of numerous passports and identity cards bearing various names, and there was documentation and proof that the suspect had traveled to India multiple times via Nepal.
