Mufti Taqi Usmani, a renowned Islamic scholar, claimed on Monday that the leaders of the Muslim world were bowing down to America.
Usmani reportedly added, “It is a unique night in the history of Karachi as the people from different sects are present,” while speaking at the National Palestine Conference in Karachi.
“Everyone in the country is supporting the Palestinian people. Every Muslim has a duty to assist the Palestinians in any way, he stated.
The onus really rests with the Islamic leaders to respond appropriately to Israel’s crimes against defenseless Palestinians. It is imperative that concrete action be taken immediately rather than only issuing declarations of support.
