The murder of a Pakistani man in the Pulau Tikus suburb of Penang, Malaysia, has led to the arrest of eight people—seven men and one woman.
Early this morning, a series of raids resulted in the arrests.
Harian Metro was informed by Acting Northeast District Police Chief Superintendent Lee Swee Sake that the main suspect is still at large and that attempts are being made to capture him.
One of the suspects allegedly entered the store where the victim was working, attacked him with a screwdriver, and then ran away. When reached on Tuesday, he stated, “We are searching for the primary suspect.”
