The Indus Shield 2024 multinational air exercise, which brings together air forces from several countries, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey, has begun with the Pakistan Air Force.
General Syed Asim Munir, NI(M), Chief of Army Staff, will watch the exercise and be briefed on its wide-ranging nature. The goal of the military drill is to improve defense cooperation and interoperability among the participating countries.
The exercise gives allied air forces a chance to demonstrate contemporary military tactics and promote understanding amongst them. Pakistan’s dedication to regional security and its role in encouraging partner countries’ joint operational readiness are demonstrated by Indus Shield 2024.
