In a touching display of integrity, Muhammad Mohsin Nazir, a Pakistani delivery rider in Dubai, gave back 15,000 AED to a client who had unintentionally overpaid for a delivery.
Due to confusion over the currency notes, Kajetan Hubner, a Polish expat customer, paid 17,050 AED instead of the anticipated 1,750 AED.
Kajetan spent two hours exploring his hotel room after realizing the mistake and at first believed he had lost the money. But Muhammad messaged him the following day to let him know about the overpayment and to make arrangements to reimburse the excess.
Muhammad was equally taken aback by the size of the figure when he counted the money at the end of his shift.
He immediately called Kajetan to confirm the error, as his mother had advised.
