The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated in a statement on Friday that the Pakistani and Russian army participated in the conclusion ceremony of the joint counterterrorism exercise Druzhba-VII today at the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Pabbi.
According to the ISPR, a two-week exercise that involved 54 Russian Army ranks and Special Forces from the Pakistan Army began on October 13.
Lieutenant General Fayyaz Hussain Shah, HI (M), Inspector General Training & Evaluation (IGT&E), was the main guest at the conclusion ceremony.
Albert P. Khorev, the Russian ambassador, was also present at the event.
The soldiers conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism.
In addition to utilizing the traditional military-to-military ties between the allied nations, the exercise was designed to improve drills, protocols, and techniques.
