In reaction to his father Firdous Jamal’s contentious YouTube video in which he stated that he had left the family and that they were happier without him, Hamza Firdous Jamal recently talked candidly about the difficulties his family faces.
In response to these allegations, Hamza felt obliged to give his mother’s version of events.
“As a son, I prefer to keep personal matters private,” Hamza said. “However, my father has brought our family issues into the public eye, so it’s only fair I share my perspective.” After 35 years of marriage, he disclosed that his mother had taken Firdous Jamal’s Khula (divorce), stressing that no lady would take such a decision lightly.
Hamza described his mother’s fortitude by saying, “She lived through a difficult relationship.
