According to the Miami Herald, Brazilian football player Neymar just paid an incredible $26 million for a waterfront home in Miami, Florida’s Bal Harbour.
Rumor has it that Neymar may be aiming to rejoin his old Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba at Inter Miami as a result of his recent acquisition.
The site, which sits on the Intracoastal, has authorized plans for a 13,000-square-foot home that will be designed by the reputable London-based firm Elicyon.
“It’s a record price for square footage of land in Bal Harbour,” he stated. “Neymar just bought an empty lot.”
The deal was initially reported by the Wall Street Journal.
