Both domestic and foreign markets have seen a sharp rise in the price of gold per tola.
In the local market, the price of 10 grams of gold has grown by Rs 2,143 to Rs 240,483, while the price of gold per tola has increased by Rs 2,500 to Rs 280,500.
At the same time, gold prices per ounce rose $25 on the international market, hitting a new high of $2,693. The growing demand for the precious metal has been fueled by worldwide market trends, which are reflected in the rise in gold prices.
