Without losing a single wicket, Pakistan scored the winning runs inside the batting powerplay while chasing a modest 58-run target.
The match-winning stand was dominated by left-handed opener Saim Ayub, who scored 36 runs in 18 deliveries with six fours and a six.
Omair Bin Yousuf, his opening partner, was as brilliant, hitting two fours and a six while scoring an undefeated 22 off just 15 deliveries.
Sikandar Raza, the captain of the hosts, chose to bat first after winning the toss.
