An internal email from Yes Madam that went viral on social media a few days ago told staff members that the organization had made the decision to “part ways” with people who had complained of stress at work.
However, the start-up confirmed on Tuesday that the social media posts were a “planned effort to highlight the serious issue of workplace stress” and that it had not dismissed anyone.
