PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari asked the business community to come to him directly to address their grievances instead of “complaining elsewhere” in apparent disapproval of comments that suggested a swap between Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and his Punjab counterpart Maryam Nawaz.
At the Sindh government’s business community luncheon, the PPP chief remarked, “I ask you to own PPP, we are not that bad…show us the same kind of affection you did to PTI [Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf] and MQM [Muttahida Qaumi Movement].”
Earlier on Sunday, trade leader Atiq Mir made a lighthearted request of Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal to replace Chief Minister Murad with his Punjabi counterpart Maryam.
