The military’s media wing reported on Tuesday that militants attempted to attack a security forces position in the Gulistan area of the Qila Abdullah district of Balochistan, killing five terrorists and martyring two troops.
An attempt to access the post was successfully stopped by troops, according to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), “which forced the khwarij [terrorists] to ram an explosive-laden vehicle into the perimeter wall of the post.”
It also stated that the forces fought valiantly and that all five terrorists, including the two suicide bombs, “were sent to hell” during the subsequent gunfight.
