KARACHI: A citizen of Karachi has filed a lawsuit and requested Rs100,000 in compensation after a tailor failed to supply clothing for his brother’s engagement on time.
The person went to the Consumer Protection Court (South) and asked the court to send the store owner a notice.
According to the petitioner, the tailor had committed to delivering the stitched garments by February 20. The clothing weren’t ready even after several trips to the store.
The applicant went on to say that he had to buy different clothes for his brother’s engagement ceremony because of the delay.
