KARACHI: A heatwave is predicted to engulf much of the nation from Tuesday (today) through Sunday, April 27, according to a warning from the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).
Major regions of the nation are expected to see hot, dry weather throughout this time, according to the NDMA.
Throughout the week, temperatures in Sindh and Balochistan are probably going to be much higher than normal. The majority of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir are also predicted to have hot weather.
However, the NDMA has also predicted that there may be sporadic rainfall in some districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as in other parts of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, which could offer some relief.
