QUETTA: According to the police, two Levies members were killed on Wednesday when unknown attackers opened fire on a polio team’s security detail in Mastung, Balochistan’s Kali Teri district.
The victims were sent in to guard the anti-polio personnel who were vaccinating the local population.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif vowed to hold those responsible for the terrorist attack on the polio team accountable and vehemently denounced the incident.
