Brooke Bellamy, a TikTok influencer, has been accused by two cookbook writers of stealing their recipes.
Recipes in Ms. Bellamy’s cookbook include “word-for-word similarities to mine,” according to Nagi Maehashi, the Australian creator of the well-known culinary website RecipeTin Eats.
The owner of the well-known Brooki Bakehouse, Ms. Bellamy, has denied her accusations, claiming that her book includes “100 recipes I have created over many years.” According to Ms. Maehashi, one of those was made prior to the publication of hers.
Sally McKenney, a US author, accused Ms. Bellamy of copying her vanilla cake recipe just hours after Ms. Maehashi made her claims.
