51 people were killed in Indian attacks during the current military conflict with the arch-enemy, including 40 civilians and 11 military members, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Monday.

The Indian Armed Forces committed unprovoked and abhorrent heinous attacks on innocent citizens, including women, children, and the elderly, on the night of May 6 and 7, according to the military’s media wing, which also provided the revised number of victims from the “barbaric” attacks.

“These barbaric strikes resulted in the martyrdom of 40 civilians — among them 7 women and 15 children — while 121 others sustained injuries, including 10 women and 27 children,” the statement said.
