Ashley Pardo, 33, allegedly “intentionally and knowingly aided” her son’s aggressive goals in return for him watching his younger siblings because she was aware of his violent obsession, according to the prosecution.
According to authorities, the student arrived at Jeremiah Rhodes Middle School in San Antonio on Monday “wearing a mask, camouflage jacket, and tactical pants but left shortly after.” Later, he was arrested off campus.
When the boy’s grandma called the police to report that Ms. Pardo had purchased the gun for him, the mother was taken into custody that same day.
According to a police affidavit, the youngster was playing with a hammer and live ammo on Saturday when his grandma entered his bedroom.
