According to his talent agency, well-known music agent Dave Shapiro was one of the people murdered when a small plane crashed into a San Diego residential street.
Rock groups including Sum 41, Story of the Year, and Pierce the Veil are among the clients of Sound Talent Group, which Mr. Shapiro co-founded.
Another person suspected of being involved in the collision is Daniel Williams, the former drummer for the band The Devil Wears Prada. According to media accounts, he shared content on social media while flying.
Six individuals were on the jet, according to federal officials, and they are all thought to be dead. In the Murphy Canyon neighborhood, the collision left scorched cars and burning debris in its wake, destroying one home and damaging ten more.
