In a statement released by the military’s media wing on Saturday, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Asim Munir conveyed his sincere appreciation to the political leadership for their strategic vision during Marka-e-Haq, the time frame (April 22 to May 10) of the most recent conflict with India.
The army chief made the comments at a dinner he hosted to honor the political leadership, the military’s unwavering dedication, and the unbreakable spirit of the Pakistani people as evidenced by Marka-e-Haq and Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, according to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The field marshal praised the smooth inter-services coordination that made Operation Bunyanum Marsoos a success in his remarks.
