The Kremlin said that Donald Trump was displaying symptoms of “emotional overload” after he referred to Vladimir Putin as “absolutely crazy” in the wake of Moscow’s biggest aircraft attack on Ukraine.
Following Russia’s use of 367 drones and missiles to kill 13 people in Ukraine, the US president stated on Truth Social on Sunday that “something has happened” to Putin. Trump remarked, “He has gone absolutely crazy,” “Needlessly killing a lot of people.”
The remarks were “connected to an emotional overload of everyone involved,” according to Putin’s spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov.
In the meantime, amid rumors that he might provide Kyiv with Taurus missiles, Germany’s chancellor, Friedrich Merz, declared that Ukraine’s allies had lifted all range restrictions on armaments delivered.
