LAHORE/KARACHI: Meteorologist Anjum Nazir told the ‘ Pakistan’ program on Thursday that residents of the port city should expect light rain from July 9 to July 11 and that there could be two or three rainy periods starting in mid-July.
At the moment, there is sporadic drizzle in several parts of Karachi, such as Saddar, Malir, and Liaquatabad.
Over the next 24 hours, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts that the weather in Karachi will continue to be humid and partly cloudy, with the possibility of drizzle or light rain in a number of locations throughout the day and night in the Sindh provincial capital.
The financial center is expected to have intermittent rain or drizzle today and tomorrow, which will provide some respite from the oppressive humidity.
