JEONJU: Pakistan defeated Japan 64-39 in the semifinal of the Asian Youth Girls Netball Championship 2025 on Thursday at the Jeonju Hwasan Gymnasium in Jeonju-si, South Korea, to advance to the championship game.
Early on, the Green Shirts took charge, jumping out to a 21–7 advantage in the first quarter.
They continued to control the game, increasing the lead to 34-19 at the half, 42-28 at the end of the third quarter, and 64-39 at the end of the game.
Leya Raza Shah, Alisha Naveed, Sumayya Kouser, Haleema, Jasmine Farooq, Amani, Parisa, and Farah Rasheed were among the key players who put up outstanding performances and helped to win both offensively and defensively.
