Following its leadership’s conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to support a number of long-standing conspiracy theories regarding the death of convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his claimed customers, which infuriated supporters, President Donald Trump’s Justice Department rushed to respond to inquiries on Tuesday.
Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel have been under fire from conservative figures ranging from Laura Loomer to Elon Musk for their conclusions. This comes months after Bondi promised to make significant disclosures about Epstein, including “a lot of names” and “a lot of flight logs.”
When asked in February whether the Justice Department would make Epstein’s client list public, Bondi responded, “It’s sitting on my desk right now to review,” on News.
