Arnold Schwarzenegger is well-versed in bodybuilding and the fundamental diet associated with it. The superstar is now passing on his knowledge to the younger generation after dominating the scene for a long time.
The Terminator star advised aspiring bodybuilders in the most recent Pump Club email that following “extreme restrictions” on diets will not be beneficial.
It’s taught to you that there are healthy and unhealthy foods. Additionally, he argues, “adding flexibility comes at the expense of results.”
Extremely restrictive diets really make people more stressed, anxious, and need food. And that can lead to a lot of well-meaning intentions failing.
Arnold writes, “That’s what the latest research on diet breaks suggests — you can enjoy and still achieve better health,” citing a credible study.
“If you want to start eating better, create a plan that is difficult to fail with.”
Arnold discusses will make the process of gaining or losing weight more tolerable by advocating for flexibility in dieting.
“And to ensure that the process isn’t miserable overall, that means incorporating foods and flexibility that offer freedom.”
