Recently, the well-known messaging service WhatsApp added a new tab called Meta AI to its UI. This tab features an artificial intelligence chatbot, however not all of its users are fond of this new feature.
The AI search bar was added to Meta’s social media platforms (which also own Facebook and Instagram) in an attempt to get people to choose the company’s chatbot over OpenAI’s ChatGPT or any other app.
Meta just released Llama 3, an open-source large language model (LLM) that powers the chatbot.
Because you cannot turn off Meta’s AI chatbot, all you can do is ignore it if you choose not to utilize it.
