Olivia Munn has disclosed another significant surgery and is now discussing her family’s and her own health prospects.
Munn, 43, stated in an interview with Vogue that was published on Sunday that she chose to have a hysterectomy in addition to a double mastectomy for breast cancer as part of a general “aggressive” strategy to an aggressive malignancy.
“It was a big decision to make, but it was the best decision for me because I needed to be present for my family,” Munn stated.
Munn was suffering from “debilitating exhaustion” before the operation as a result of using a drug that was intended to inhibit estrogen, the hormone that could potentially lead to the cancer returning.
