Fans may not always know who they are approaching, but Chris Stapleton is eager to have them approach him.
During a recent appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” Stapleton and host Jennifer Hudson grew close because they both get mistaken for other celebs. The former “American Idol” finalist revealed that she is frequently mistaken for Megan the Stallion or Coco Jones.
Stapleton said, “I get Jamey Johnson a lot,” to Hudson. “Whenever we saw each other, he and I used to joke around, like, ‘Hey, does anybody think that you were me today?'” I’ve had a lot of experience with it in Nashville, specifically with his fans who are also my fans. I’ve had entire talks with folks.”
