At the most recent Her Honor luncheon, Judge Judy Sheindlin shared some advice with high school students as they prepare for the professional world.
“Once a woman achieves something professionally or vocationally, she usually does it better,” Sheindlin told Her Honor mentees at the Larchmont Shore Club on Friday, capping off an amusing story on gender disparities.
The Her Honor Mentoring program, now in its 17th year, is supported by the well-known TV judge and created by her daughter, Nicole Sheindlin. It connects young women from local high schools with professional women from a variety of industries who provide hands-on work experience, advice, and assistance for success in the workplace.
During weekly sessions, mentoring partners discuss educational issues.
