13-month-old Massah was born in the Midlands in April of last year. Since her father arrived in Britain in 2021 as a PhD student from Jordan and her mother followed as his dependent, both of her parents have been lawful residents of the country.
A father who fears that his baby, born in the UK, would be deported is pleading with the Home Office to be more lenient in its enforcement of visa regulations.
