He claims to be an academic doctor and to have had a nice life, but the Hamas leadership is filthy. May God curse them, they were accustomed to our carnage! They are filthy.
The footage, which was unimaginable prior to the Gaza War, was taken outside a hospital following an Israeli operation to release hostages from central Gaza last month. The facility was flooded with hundreds of Palestinian victims.
In Gaza, there has been an increase in open criticism of Hamas online and in the streets.
Some have openly criticized Hamas for firing rockets from civilian neighborhoods and for concealing the hostages in flats close to a crowded marketplace.
Locals informed the news that there is now a lot of profanity and cursing in the marketplaces directed at the Hamas leadership. Some donkey cart drivers have even given their animals the name Yahya Sinwar in honor of the Hamas leader in Gaza, calling the donkeys forward while yelling, “Yallah, Sinwar!”
One man remarked, “People even call on God to take their lives, saying things like, ‘Hamas has destroyed us.'”
“They inquire as to the purpose of the October 7 attacks; some claim they were an offering to Israel.”
Some even want their leaders to reach an agreement with Israel on a cease-fire.
After years of oppressive rule, there are still people in Gaza who are strongly committed to Hamas, and it’s hard to gauge how much support the organization is losing.
