Mr. Rauma, a Vancouver, Canada, resident, adds, “I was getting too bogged down in all these things that were going wrong amongst the teams and feeling this disappointment.”
He works as a senior manager for a company called Student Marketing Agency, which hires college students to help small businesses with their marketing.
“We’re going to screw up,” I would tell myself half the time when I was onboarding new clients, which would sap my enthusiasm.”
However, Mr. Rauma claims that all changed in November of last year when the company started utilizing an autonomous AI manager created by the US-based business Inspira.
According to Mr. Rauma, the transition to an AI manager has not only made him feel less stressed, but it has also made it possible for his staff to operate more efficiently and quickly. “I can concentrate on the company’s expansion and all of the good things. I’m convinced it’s given me extra years to live,” he remarks.
Mr. Rauma continues, “My relationships with my employees have also significantly improved.” It had previously seemed a lot like a father-child dynamic. We’re more on the playing field now. It used to be solely about problem-solving. However, we can now have more casual conversations.
